This is an awesome expresso machine, I worked making expressos for a year and this one it’s a nice one, but just something you need to know, if you wanting this one to make regular coffee buy something else cause this one is to make frappes or iced cappuccino, etc. so it means that this machine will make shots of coffee no regular coffee, when i saw the reviews before, I notice that people was expecting to get a full cup of just coffee at ones and that’s not how it works this is just for coffee shots, meaning that you have to add a lot of milk and ice and etc, so go to YouTube and watch videos of different types of iced coffees and it will show you so many different ways to make it with this espresso machine, and you’ll fall in love…. I love this expresso maker!!!!! And the machine work fine, just follow the introductions and I promise that everything will work how it should be, sometimes people just start playing with it and because they didn’t read the introductions, something doesn’t work how it should be and they say that it’s broken, so please reas the introductions.

When I received this espresso machine, it was broken. It wouldn’t turn in, I’m not certain how but I don’t blame the manufacturer for that. I reached to support with my order number and a video of it not functional and they offered me to send me a replacement without any hassle or provide a refund if I preferred. I chose a replacement (they were out of this one but sent me a slightly better one). Fantastic customer support, the one I have now works perfectly (even better) for what’s expected at the price point, and I greatly appreciate it not being a pain to remedy the situation. Overall, I give the experience 5 stars because of the ease of fixing the problem and the incredible customer support.

This espresso is inexpensive, but works as good as a more expensive unit. Great for home or office.

Frothing with the steam wand is cumbersome, trickier than with cappucino makers I’ve used before. The operating manual was written by someone whose first language was not English. It needs a better translation and clearer instructions.

but the reservoir leaks, and you have to push the double cup twice with twice the waiting time, to get a full cup of coffee if you don’t make a cappuccino. Sometimes the button responds, sometimes not. I feel this machine could go out on me anytime. Thinking of returning it.

This Espresso maker is amazing. I just wanted a beginner unit and this really exceeded my expectations. I grind my own coffee beans into espresso grind. This unit produced a very nice crema and the flavor was superb. I would highly recommend this unit.

I bought this product, set it up and got the items for it but found it difficult to use especially the steam wand. As a former barista it wasn’t user friendly for me so it was returned.
