I have to run the machine 4 times before it works properly and only sometimes it is hot. It tastes better than Starbucks and it is very quick to get coffee. Plastic and metal. Not very durable.

This does not come with steamer pitcher or espresso shot glasses, as it shows, nor does a grinder come with the machine. Much more expensive then I had anticipated. I does not seem to work. I’ve been a barista for years and I can’t get it to work I bought it in may. Can I return it and all the accessories? Very unhappy with it!

The must be a trick to removing coffee holders because I could not get them out of the The part with handle. it was cheaply made. The Delongi I had was about same price and was better than this. Really disappointed.
