The Machine is beautiful and makes good coffee once you get the ground just right and wait for about 30 minutes for it to be well heated. I would not purchase it again or recommend it for the price. It started leaking two month in to use, it leaks clear water from under the machine, so we had a filter part replaced it stopped leaking for about three weeks but then the leaks came back (we only use filtered water in the machine so the filters should fail so often). This is a very expensive machine and normally when you invest this much you expect it to work with out issues for at least couple of years in my opinion. WE reported the issue again and they said to send it back to them for repair which means we are with out expresso for who knows how long its just too much to deal with.Another issue that is super annoying is it takes a very long time to warm up, you can technically make your first cup after 10 minutes but because its still not as hot as it needs to be the pressure gage does not get anywhere near where it should be so the first few batches are weak coffee that is not even hot. We wait about 30 minutes and that is just too long, unfortunately it does not have a timer to set before bed making this machine feel super outdated, for the price a timer should have been installed. So if you want am eye catching large appliance on your counter and dont mind cleaning the mess it makes then this is nice but if you are in to good no stress coffee I would say move on to the more updated Breville or De’longhi options I wish I had.

We purchased the Diletta Bello so we could make lattes and cappuccinos like we expect from our local coffee shop without having to leave the house, and so far, we’re impressed! It’s a gorgeous looking machine and I love that it’s hand crafted in Milan Italy where we have fond memories. You’ll want to take some time to learn good technique, but once I got the hang of it, the Bello is really enjoyable to use. I decided on this machine specifically because it promises that it can brew and steam milk at the same time and so far, it’s lived up to that promise. We have a ways to go before we’re espresso pros, but we’re already excited to learn more on our new Diletta Bello!

Love everything about the machine. It was nice upgrade from what I previously used. Group head has a really nice screen to help with channeling across your extraction. It takes less than 10 minutes to warm up to ideal temp with the boiler. Consistent great shots almost all the time. Quality and Precision.

This is the second one this week I ordered because first one i returned. This one has same problem. Even after an hour now, the Orange heat indicator light goes on, then off, then on..The green light indicator never comes on at all. The pressure guage does not more either. Chatted with customer service, checked my order number and told me, “yes technician confirmed it’s defective”. Twice!

I went through two units (replaced by seller) for defects. First problem was the pressure spiking and the over pressure valve kicking in. The second unit would not get hot. This machine looks great but has some quality control issues. I ended up buying a different machine directly from another seller and have been really happy.
