My wife, who in here 35 years has never been a coffee drinker has been turned into one over the course of the pandemic and every day starts with me playing barista for her.This is the perfect machine for a daily latte or Capuchino- easy to use, quick to clean, and high compliments from the wife. In fact she has expressed disappointment in other forms of coffee we get while traveling, whether from our hotels or cafe’s at times (not always, but we have what she likes dialed in)I have been unsuccessful in pulling the perfect shot of espresso to drink on its own, it does lack some grind sizes and i am not a skilled barista by any accounts. that being said- great americanos either iced with milk or hot.I think this is a perfect machine for any kitchen, great starting point and possibly finishing point unless someone has a desire to pull the perfect shot of espresso as an after dinner drink- but if thats your jam im guessing youre looking for individual grinder and more artisanal machine.

Makes good single and double shots but the pressure gauge does not move…not sure if I should return it I know I set it up right.3 stars for nowSo I’ve been dealing with Delonghi support and we have tried different remedies the past few weeks (grind size, dose amount) still the pressure gauge will not budge.They deemed it a defect and for a replacement.so back to French press until I receive replacementSpoke with someone at Amazon about replacing the itemfirst she said she would then said that can’t.I never had a bad experience with Amazon until todayAllayah said that she would have her manager call mereceived the call and they just put me on hold until I hung up almost an hr laterJust plain RUDE Amazon!!!

This coffee machine is great – when it works. If it breaks, which ours did after seven months, GOOD LUCK. I’m now on week 2 of calling and emailing and video chatting and sending proofs of purchase and long wait times. De’Longhi has admitted that there’s an issue (the water leaks out in the wrong spot), but they are in no rush to replace it. The people who handle the emails are also separate from the people on the phone (sure), so after speaking with someone on the phone, they ask you to email them something and then call them back. The phone wait times are always at least 15 minutes. The people on the phone also can’t seem to access the emails, so the whole process is an exercise in futility. I have a job, so I don’t have time for this, but I also can’t use the machine until it is replaced.

I bought this to replace its automatic cousin that failed quickly and spectacularly and have been very happy with the results.I’m relatively new to espresso, having been a pour-over fan for years, and got this so we could make up-market coffees at the office.With good beans and a little experimentation, it makes wonderful espressos, coffees (my favorite from this machine) and Americanos. The process is easy and clean up is simple. Warm up is quick, and you can be up and running in very little time.Seems to hit the sweet spot between ease of use and too much fussy automation – the-built in tamper is a great feature, as is the integrated water feed for Americanos. I’m not much into milk drinks, but the times we’ve used the frothing wand it has worked well and produced a good foam.Buy one of those buckets for knocking the coffee pucks out, as that makes clean up faster.

I like De’longhi products and they are well made quality products. For some reason this particular machine had a few trouble shooting issues and in the 3 rd week the coffee grinder would not work. Let me be clear, that it’s just this one EC9335R ( Red was100$ cheaper, but new) that was troublesome.. I have used the exact same model number except it was all steel EC9335M. Worked beautifully. I did get the full refund from triplenet and now looking to buying another one.

Nice looking, a little bit big, but if anything goes wrong good luck you’re on your own! Yes with Amazon you can send it back but if you’ve got it on a special you’ll have to buy it again at a much higher price. It will not be replaced. Also the company itself is completely useless as far as the warranty and customer service. The hours are limited when you can talk to someone. You’ll be on the phone waiting for at least 45 minutes to an hour. I’ve had this machine now for about 3 weeks the pressure gauge came broken. Yes Amazon would take it back but replacement price is almost $100 to $125 more then when I bought it during Amazon prime day. At this point I’m kind of stuck with the machine that does make good coffee but is already defective. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I bought this machine in November 2021. After one year of normal use, this machine doesn’t work! The grinder cannot work anymore. Since the product is out of refund time, I had to call the customer service of Delonghi. They told me to open the grinder and vacuum it… After several rounds of “fixing”, the grinder stopped working completely! I called back Delonghi. The customer service was nice but they told me to send it back and repair it twice before they offer a refund. I wasted hours on the phone with technicians but the machine is not working! I have bought Jura, Braveille and none of them had any issues like this! For this price tag, I would recommend any serious coffer lover to go buy something different! This machine has terrible quality for its price. You DO NOT pay $900 for a machine that lasts for just one year! And there is no refund after 12 months! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! Save your money and time!

It is very easy to use now that I have gotten used to it. I struggled a little bit changing from our last machine that ground the beans and directly made the cup immediately without extra steps. This is a more traditional espresso machine and once I paid attention to needing to tamp the beans and move it over to make coffee/espresso/Americano I prefer this machine more. It is a lot easier to clean.

La Máquina… excelente!! Problemas con el pago.Sobre el producto todo OK, mi problema fue que no se respetara el pago a meses ni el descuento de Cyber Monday. Hablé con soporte y pues que no se podía hacer nada al respecto, así que muy probable a devolverla y esperar o buscar un mejor lugar para comprarla o en su defecto la Breville en Liverpool con la venta nocturna. Muy bonita máquina… lástima.
