Machine works well, but instructions are extremely poor. Once you download the manual from the website then it starts to make sense, but if you have never made one before, particularly a cappuccino, you’d better go on YouTube

EDIT 12.21.22- I have had this machine since July 2022. At first, I was highly impressed with machine and was enjoying this machine. It tasted so much better than a previous model I was using (Mr. Coffee Cafe Barista). I switched models as I wanted to be able to froth my own milk instead of the machine doing it. At this point, I would consider myself an experienced espresso drinker.The frothing wand on this machine is terrible. It is too small and does not properly heat the milk. It barely reaches the milk in the stainless steel cup. Design flaw. The portafilter and the filters rusted immediately when I left them in the sink overnight. Cheap stainless.After 5 months of use, this machine will not dispense espresso out properly. The double shot runs for 25 seconds, and I believe a single shot runs for 15 seconds. Well, the espresso would not come out until 15 seconds for a double shot, and about 8 seconds for a single shot. Hence, leaving with barely any espresso in my cup and a very bitter taste.It was very hard to get ahold of the company. The seller I purchased this machine from (The Kitchen Clique) was very helpful and reached out to them for me. I’m sending it back for repairs, but have purchased a Breville Bambino Plus in place of this machine. After using my Breville, you can tell a difference in the quality. While they are expensive, it is worth it in the long run to just purchase a more expensive machine instead of wasting $200 on a cheap machine that will need replaced next year anyway.

I strongly advised not to buy this product. The water leaks from the bottom of the espresso machine forming a puddle on my counter. I have made sure to place the water tank correctly. However, it continues to happen. I cannot send it back as my partner threw the box away. I am really disappointed with my purchase. Now I had to get my old espresso machine back on the counter. :(No compren esta articulo ya que viene con defecto. El agua se sale por debajo de la cafetera formando un charco de agua en la meseta. Me he asegurado que el tanque del agua esta bien puesto, pero continua saliendo agua debajo de la cafetera. Me siento molesto. Nunca antes me habia quejado de un articulo, pero es caro para lo que realmente hace. Estoy disgustado con esta compra del Capresso machine.

The worst thing I can say about this purchase is that the manual is missing information and it seems like Capresso just released it on the market recently so there aren’t any tutorial videos on line. After some trial and error I got it primed and is working great. It is worth mentioning that Capresso brand is somehow affiliated with Jurra who makes very good quality but also very expensive espresso machines. So far I love it.
