looks great on my counter compared too those boxy espresso makers, BUT there ore a few tricks to this item…#1 the water lid has a very irritable safety catch.. for all of us experienced coffee maker , we know not to open lid till machine cools down. This has a 1/4-1/2 turn then lift up..like taking the lid out of a puzzle part . Also before turning on machine MAKE SURE THE FOAMER NOZZEL/handle is closed or all the water in the tank will come out all over the counter.. other than that GREAT zoom zoom coffee so make sure a little bit awake before starting to make coffee!

I purchased the advertised machine because of the chrome and sleek appearance. However upon opening my product I find that it is a completely different style that looks cheep compared to the item I thought I was supposed to receive. And It’s too close to Christmas to trust a return and exchange in a timely manner. Disappointed.

Pesima , Peligrosa, Very BadNo la compre absolutamente.Varios difectos materiales pesimo y muy peligrosa se calienta como un fuego y si tocas la manopola con la mano te quemas. No es conforme a las normas y no tiene ninguna certificacion. Amazon eliminar ese tipo de articulo.

The coffee is nice enough but the steam doesn’t froth the milk like it should. Tried several times using the instructions as well as alternate ways but still not quite right.
