Works pretty well, steamer is not powerful enough to meaningfully froth milk or half/half. It does steam the milk but takes as long as 20 seconds. But for the price I think this is reasonable, I am happy that the reservoir hold enough water for a dozen cups of coffee or more and is easy to refill. When you purchase it, be sure to remove the water reservoir and remove the plug from the bottom outlet so thr water can enter the machine. The instructions indicate to ue regular coarse ground coffee, but I have been using espresso fine grounds. I have not had any issues with grounds spilling or leaking out, unsure why or if it is actually designed for coarse grounds but it appears it can function either way! Good for the price. If you want a better steamer spend another 50-109 bucks!
Satisfaction Not Optional –
This espresso machine is really easy to use and clean. One of the best features that I like is that it gives you the ability to program the amount of coffee that it makes in either the single shot or double shot cups, so you get just the right amount of coffee each time in your cup. Plus it matches our other stainless steel appliances in our kitchen.

Unfortunately, as excited as I was to receive this product based off of the good reviews, it did not live up to my expectations. As soon as I set up my machine, following every instruction to a T, the water tank will not stop leaking. There is no way to reach out to customer service for this company which is frustrating. Going to give it one more shot (no pun intended) with a replacement from Amazon. Will update review if it was just a defective machine.

Meh. We were hopeful this would make a decent latte at home. It doesn’t quite get there. The water just doesn’t seem to get near the steam it needs to do anything well. We’ve tried using this every day for a week, and tried using more or less water, more or less milk in the steaming pitcher, more or less coffee (ground for an espresso maker) and other ways of using it. It just never seems to quite make it. There just isn’t enough to steam or froth even a small amount of milk and there really is just a tiny trickle through the grounds.When cleaning up you have to be careful disassembling, because the holes under the grounds are so tiny it’s always still filled with water when it’s done (even after leaving it for an hour). The steamer arm is also difficult to clean and I can’t seem to get all of the milk off it.This machine makes an ok cup of coffee, but just isn’t quite there to make anything other than expresso or maybe a cappuccino.

This espresso machine looks fancy and feels sturdy in some places but feels plastic-y in other places. It seems to work ok for the espresso part. We haven’t had great luck with the steamer. Everyone else seems to be raving about it, so maybe we’re just missing something. It is easy to clean and the instructions made sense.
