No where in the manual does it share to pull the rubber plug out of where the water comes in from the tank. I only noticed it on a small sticker on the water tank. Otherwise, great product. Kind of loud.

I really like this espresso maker and its great in every way, except trying to twist the porta filter in. Extremely difficult and I’m always worrying that I’m going to break it.

Love this machine. Came quickly and well packaged. Easy to use and looks so pretty. My only thing is I wish the steamed nozzle was a little longer and detachable for cleaning. But I can still easily wipe it down after use.

EDITI couldn’t find help through Amazon but I contacted the company directly and they worked with me to get videos to them and I found out I had an extra fancy coffee grinder and was griding for Turkish not espresso. I soaked my strainer in vinegar to clean it out and the machine has worked like a dream ever since! Very happy with it! It’s a bit loud and I wish it had an indicator when the water is low or a self stop so it doesn’t get stuck with no water but actually a really great buy for the money. Plus always love a company that’s easy to work with!This was amazing for about 5 weeks and pulled shots beautifully and was easy to use. Then out of the blue it’s like there us no pressure anymore to pull shots. Super disappointed. I got it for my birthday and we were in the middle of moving so by the time it wasn’t working it was outside the return window. My advice, don’t get caught up on how pretty and simple it seems and buy something more expensive that works.

WHEN this machine worked, it pulled beautiful espresso shots & steamed milk beautifully. After four months, this machine will no longer pull shots. It literally worked for one drink & stopped working for the next. I have tried everything: I have tried every single troubleshooting scenario in the included mini book, I have contacted Amazon’s customer service (didn’t accept returns), I have contacted Laekerrt’s customer service (they don’t consider you a customer if you buy from Amazon), I tried disassembling the machine (not easy to do, must contain hidden screws, so I didn’t go far for fear of snapping it in half), I even contacted a local repair shop for espresso makers (they told me it would cost just as much as buying a new machine).Here’s my advice to avoid my situation:1) Buy the machine from the Laekerrt website (comes with 1 yr warranty)2) If buying on Amazon, buy the protection plan3) Run the descaling solution & cycle through the machine at least once a week, even if the machine doesn’t indicate it needs this4) Or — don’t buy this machine. Go with a more reliable / expensive brand. The espresso repair lady recommended the Gaggia classic.

Makes an excellent cup of espresso. I use this daily and have only had minor operator issues. It only took a few days before I feel like I was brewing superb cups of caffeinated ambrosia and every cup I pull is better than the last. Highly recommend

Beau, bon, pas cherTrès bien comme première machine espresso; esthétiquement belle et compacte, mais aussi bonne pression, beau Crema et bonne température! Je suis juste déçu du mousseur lait. Il fonctionne bien, mais pas tant malléable et il chauffe le lait en faisant des “bulles” d’air, donc difficile à travailler pour faire une fine mousse idéal pour le latte. Sinon je recommande pour le côté beau, bon, pas cher!
