Amazing coffee/capp BUT what a pain to clean! There are 5 intricate pieces that HAVE to be washed EVERY cup.

I’ve wanted to upgrade my Nespresso machine for a while but was holding off as the machine I had worked fine. It recently stopped working so I decided to upgrade to the Lattissima One.Once it arrived, it was fairly simple to set up and get started. I was able to brew pods without an issue. I had issues when trying to use the milk feature. The machine would blink as if it was preparing the milk, but there was no evidence of the machine actually warming up or doing anything. After a few moments, all the lights would blink and the machine would power off. Needless to say, the machine was able to brew coffee just fine, however, when it came to the milk features (the main purpose of the machine) I can’t say the same.I did some research online and called Nespresso and I was on the phone for an hour. They offered basic troubleshooting but not anything I didn’t already try on my own. Overall they deemed the machine defective and advised I return it to Amazon. I was pretty disappointed as it was faulty out of the box.I bought the same unit from Best Buy and so far it’s working perfectly fine! I’m inclined to believe the one I was sent from Amazon was returned by someone else as the water test strip was missing and the milk pieces had some sort of coating on them (both of these things were not an issue with the second unit I purchased).

I recently purchased the Nespresso Lattissima One with high hopes for a premium coffee experience. Unfortunately, my experience with this machine has been underwhelming, and I find myself disappointed with its quality and durability.Firstly, the build quality of the Lattissima One falls short of my expectations. The materials used feel rather cheap, and it lacks the sturdiness that I anticipated. The machine’s overall construction seems fragile, making me worry about its longevity.Moreover, the durability of the Lattissima One is a major concern. After only a few months of use, I noticed several issues. The milk frother started malfunctioning, resulting in inconsistent foam and temperature. Additionally, the coffee dispenser became prone to clogging, leading to frustrating and messy experiences during my morning routine.Considering the price I paid for this machine, I expected a more reliable and durable product. It’s disheartening to see the Nespresso Lattissima One fall short in terms of longevity and overall quality.While the convenience of Nespresso capsules and the machine’s user-friendly interface are definite positives, they can’t compensate for the subpar build and questionable durability. It’s unfortunate that such an essential appliance fails to meet expectations in these crucial aspects.In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Nespresso Lattissima One due to its lower-than-expected quality and durability. If you’re seeking a coffee machine that will stand the test of time, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I was waiting for a while and debating on to get this one or not. Definitely love it. Super easy to use and aesthetically pleasing.

Ordered 2 machines and delivery was quick. Unboxed and tried per instructions for the “best froth” use skim milk. This worked a couple of times and the machine stopped frothing. Read, Researched and then called customer svce. Big mistake. She kept asking if we have an account. I advised we just received it. She said to set up account So we did. Waste of time and I spent the next 40 minutes w her trouble shooting only to have her tell me I’m using the wrong milk and I can only use whole milk? She said “our site states this”? Bye the way it doesn’t. I searched and also advised her page 17 specifically states “for the best froth use skim milk”. She said “well that’s wrong”? Anyway. This went on for 40 min until I hung up frustrated.After researching more my wife (yes she’s smarter than me) found more info on line about the same issue. The froth stops working if not using whole milk.Update – we did try the whole milk and it works.Love the machine. Great coffee but if you want to use anything other than whole milk it’s not for you. We tried 2% and skim as well. Only whole milk works.**don’t waste time w customer service unless your very patient and have a lot of time to waste talking..well listening to someone tell you in the end to just return it to Amazon your within 30 days….

I ordered a Nespresso Lattissima One on Amazon because I wanted the white porcelain model and the Nespresso online store was out of stock- I was so bummed! When I saw it listed on Amazon, I was skeptical but opted to buy a “Used- Like New” unit.Much to my surprise, my order was delivered within 5 days of submitting my order (which was originally supposed to take 7-10 days). I was so excited to get the package… BUT IT GOT BETTER.I opened the box to find a note from the seller that they recently received a shipment and upgraded my order to a brand new unit for free! I was ecstatic to find out my machine was brand new and the seller was kind enough to upgrade my order. I highly recommend purchasing from them, you will not regret your purchase!The espresso machine is amazing, and I’ve already enjoyed a couple of great lattes. Everything works perfectly and I was happy to find out the milk steamer worked well with alternative milk (I used oat milk). Super happy with my purchase so far!
