Works fine so far – I do wish it had an “Add Water” indicator and a standby mode so you would not need to reach over to the main switch every time.

Everything ok but cups were broken

This espresso maker actually made a decent brew when using higher-end capsules (I used Peet’s). The device also has a nice finish to it. Unfortunately, it does not hold up over time. The product was very lightly used by two people, only on weekends and only with highly filtered water. In other words, there should have been very little wear & tear and no mineral buildup inside the unit. Approximately six months into owning it the water tank began leaking. It wasn’t a huge leak so I ignored it and would just fill the reservoir up when using it instead of keeping water in it all the time. Fast forward to month 13 of ownership (one month past the 12 month warranty) and the heating element quit working. Everything else worked fine but it brewed only cold espresso. I promptly engaged in a chat with seller “Lifestyle By Focus” and they sent me several troubleshooting tips…mostly aimed at resetting factory settings and descaling. Unfortunately none of them worked and the seller did not offer to repair, replace or discount a new product order as the representative quickly pointed out that the warranty had expired. I think it is/was a nice little pod espresso maker but don’t expect any meaningful level of support beyond what, in my experience, is a limited lifespan for the product.

DURING EACH INJECTION IT APPEARS THAT THE PUMP OR THE DOSING SYSTEM IS IMPRECISE AND UNSTABLE, IT LEADS PRESSURE IN THE INJECTED AMOUNT OF COFFEE ONLY IN THE SECOND COFFEE AND THE AMOUNT VARIES FROM THE FIRST INJECTION. PRESSURE INJECTION PUMP TOO NOISY

We like the color of this coffee maker. I wish they would sell it without the cups and pod stand; I have no use for either. The lever to insert the pod is very difficult to operate. Quantity dispensed is under what is quoted and a bit inconsistent. The coffee turns out good which is the most important thing.

Been using this for a month or two as my old Delonghi broke. It comes with a rack and 2 espresso cups. The silver lever on top which you push down and pull up is very sticky and requires a fair bit of force. You’ll know what I mean right away! Makes a nice cup of lungo and a very nice espresso as well. The fill levels are a bit short in my opinion and they don’t seem to hold the custom/self programing setting at all. Attaching the water reservoir is a bit of a pain. A bit noisy, but no more than my previous Delonghi model. I would recommend you give this maker a try as it does work fairly well with the shortcomings I mentioned.
